If you have followed the correct machine tutorial and want to start working in the FW, you are basically free to walk in and work there. Make sure you check in at the desk when you enter so that the staff members know you are there and what you are doing.

As the FW is also used for educational projects, among other things, it may be partially or completely unavailable. So it is always a good idea to check the timetable on this link before coming to the FW. There is also limited capacity, so it may be possible that all the machines are already in use during busy periods.

If you have a long project or want to make sure you can get started, it is advisable to contact us in advance to reserve a machine. You can do this at any time by dropping by the desks or by emailing FW-ME@tudelft.nl
